- 12 oz pasta
- 1 pack of artificial crab meat, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1 can of waterchestnuts, diced
- mayo
- parmesan
- salt/pepper/garlic powder
Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water until cooled. Pour pasta into a large bowl.
Add crab and vegetables, 3 tbsp mayo, and 3 tbsp parmesan Season with salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste.
Mix well and add more mayo, parmesan, or seasonings, if needed.
