Makes 8 turnovers. Nice appetizer for a small group.
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, diced
- 2 tbsp parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 can crescent roll dough, divided into 8 squares
- sesame seeds
Saute mushrooms, parsley, and onion in 2 tbsp butter. Fill each of 8 squares with scoop of filling and fold over into triangles. Seal the edges with fork tines. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
