Corn dip

Makes a large amount of dip for parties. Leftovers can be easily reheated.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Mexi-corn
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Heat at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
