Build a component and write all the steps in order to use the tool.
Ensure the following:

  1. Develop a responsive component.
  2. Incorporate illustrations for improved design.
  3. Ensure responsiveness across various screen sizes.
  4. Integrate illustrations to enhance content.
  5. Design, code, and optimize for performance.
  6. Provide clear usage instructions.
