In looking to update the base docker image that we use to run OpenCanary, I am running into some compatibility issues. I see that alot of the deps are using some very old versions - https://github.com/thinkst/opencanary/blob/master/setup.py#L25

Would you accept a PR with updated deps? Also, what is the best way to test all functionality after updating like this?
