I regularly make annotation labels for specimens loaned from other herbaria, and I like to be able to unambiguously place the label on a given specimen. Being able to add the catalog number works great for that, but specimens from some herbaria lack a catalog number, but do have some sort of Other Catalog number. Can the latter be added as a choice, or added if the catalog number is blank?
To print a specimen label, one has the following choices: Print Catalog Numbers, Include barcode of Catalog Number, or Print only Barcode. Can something like this be added to annotation labels? However, I find this ambiguous, as it seems that for most herbaria, the catalog number is the same thing as the barcode.
Thanks!

Hey, I realized that information placed in the "Reference" field copies over to the Annotation label, so that can be used to identify the label with the specimen and solve the problem. It still might be nice to include "Other Catalog Number" as an option for annotation labels.
