Adding skills from Non-tree & non-talent Items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We'll need a way for extra/custom skills to be added to a sheet by Foundry Items of almost any type, not just Talents or Paths as we have at the moment. Examples in the SL setting include Honour Blades, others may exist and it would be beneficial for homebrewers.
