Create a general downloads page #11

We need to have a downloads page and have download buttons for all the available downloads.

For example, this page could have

buttons for downloading all desktop applications like eKalappai, Angadi, thamizha-cd etc..
links(google play link) for downloading mobile applications like Android Tamilvisai,
Link for accessing webs based applications like peyar.in etc..
links for firefox/chrome extensions like Firefox Tamilvisai...

This would be the projects page, which summarised projects, gives links and urls - we do need to work on it though 😄
