Updated sample data for tutorial.
This release provides an updated set of sample data for use in the tutorial, which is linked from the Bacter home page at tgvaughan.github.io/bacter.
Updated feast library version.
This is important as the old version was conflicting with a more recent version used in http://tgvaughan.github.io/EpiInf.
Bacter v1.0.0 pre-release 4
This release includes two bug fixes relating to ACGAnnotator:
- Fixes problem whereby ACGAnnotator fails and produces no output. This was due to recent changes in the extended Newick output function that weren't robust in the face of the negative branch lengths that sometimes appear in summary trees.
- Fixes an issue with the summary conversion posterior calculation which previously resulted in inflated posterior supports that were in some cases > 1.
Bacter v1.0.0 pre-release 3
This release includes a few modifications that dramatically improve the speed of likelihood calculations. Expect additional improvements in the near future.
Bacter v1.0.0 pre-release 2
This is an updated version of the 1.0.0 pre-release.
Bacter 1.0.0 pre-release
This is the initial (pre) release of Bacter. Note that the ACGAnnotator network summary tool is incompatible with the current stable release of BEAST 2 (2.3) and will be therefore provided in a standalone form bundled with the development version of BEAST in the near future.
