Currently, 0.5-pitch racking seems to be treated as an aligned pitch instead of an unaligned (like 0.25) pitch.

The error seems to be, at least in part, that the rack 0.5 instruction causes a parse error.

(Hmm, we do use 0.5 on the kniterate, right?)
