Updating visualization without loading a local file first

This is more of an enhancement, but I think it would be nice to be able to type knitout or js directly into the text editor in visualizer.html without having to load a file beforehand (currently, you can technically do that [meaning you can type stuff], but the visualization won't get displayed unless a local file has been loaded first)
