Doesn't work with mayflash gamecube adapter #3

It works great on my wii but I wanted to see if it could work on the switch using the mayflash gamecube adapter. It doesn't seem to register any inputs. Not a deal breaker as I mostly wanted to use this on my wii but it would be nice to use on switch.

im a bit late to this and its not the solution you wanted but:
you can use the GP2040-CE project to make a cheap snes to usb adapter which does work on pc and switch among other consoles.
you can make one for around 10€
