Plotting chip layout using -p option doesn't work for TG system

I'm writing documentation on the tt-metal side for using multi-chip systems, and I wanted to embed the .png chip layout to capture the topology, but seems this is broken. I've confirmed with @sbansalTT that it doesn't currently work. I expected to see 4 gateway N150 cards connected to the galaxy system.
