Setting Up Deployed AI Playground via TT-Studio

This issue tracks the work needed to get AI Playground fully operational within TT-Studio. TT-Studio will house AI Playground, and when needed/deployed, this hosted version will have a slightly different home page while still retaining all the same features as tt-studio except having no access to the card ; features like resetting the card or ability to deploy a model via the gui. This approach allows for the development of model-specific views while ensuring shared features, such as LLM-based chatbots, remain consistent across both versions.
