How to override Joomla 5 Categories layout to display subcategories below instead of above the component content?

This URL is the category page where I we are listing three subcategories that are appearing at the top of the content:
https://shalomd1.jdevcloud.com/scripture

What I want to do is to move the Subcategory Titles and descriptions below the content. I know that means some sort of override and I am thinking that may not be built into the Astroid Framework but I am wondering if it is. I wish there was an option for this.

But, I am thinking that I need some guidance in knowing how to create this over ride. Basically what file would I override?

I am using the TemPlaza Travelami template for Joomla.

Any override is the same as in the joomla core. You can just make an override and edit there
