Upload captured Malware to my Nextcloud storage

I want to use T-Pot on 10 VMs. 5 Dionaea and 5 Cowrie. Where can I get the captured Malware/PCAP files etc. to upload them into my Nextcloud storage and then delete the captured Malware and PCAP files etc.?
