提案としては

全体に関わるドキュメント（導入に関するドキュメントなど）は/docsに格納する
各ディレクトリにはREADMEを持ち、どのような役割を持つディレクトリなのかを解説する
- けっこうキツそう
基本的にはasciidocで記述する
