Run tests against local spin up daemons

At the moment we run tests against live daemons, which defeats the point in case they are down. We should run our own cluster of daemons providers, fund them etc..

Not only daemons, but we would need also a local registry from where the list of daemons is "pulled down".

Maybe, it would be better to have let's say one integration test with real registry and daemons (we could still use those in mainnet for this), and use mocks for all existing ones.

Registry it's just a JSON array, we can use an hardcoded JSON locally with the local cluster (we do not want to test that Github is online)
