If the user agent is Windows, the docs should rewrite themselves to use .\tools #223

The documentation should be able to detect that the user agent is running on Windows, and rewrite the docs so that it uses .\tools consistently instead of ./tools. For more rationale here:

  • .\tools works in cmd.exe and Powershell.
  • ./tools works in Powershell and all bash-like shells.

On Windows, you can always recommend .\tools instead and it will work.
