The documentation should be able to detect that the user agent is running on Windows, and rewrite the docs so that it uses .\tools consistently instead of ./tools. For more rationale here:
.\tools works in cmd.exe and Powershell.
./tools works in Powershell and all bash-like shells.
On Windows, you can always recommend .\tools instead and it will work.
