Minifying the JS and CSS would reduce the file sizes

http://exploreflask.readthedocs.org/en/latest/static.html talks about it.

Our page analysis done by google page speed results

@prodicus i will do it, after WST lab. I am on it and there are few problems with it, that also i wanted to clear.
