Add ability to publish to thirdparty?

Presently Tapestry outputs to the filesystem, however it would be nice if it could also provide an api for writing publishers, such as updating google pages, pushing to now.sh or other.

While I know some people use shell scripts or use their build system (npm or otherwise) to embed this functionality. It would be useful to have it as part of Tapestry even if just as an added extra that can be used by developers.
