Error in code

Dear Tao Wen
I trust you are doing well
While I am new to EasyMicrobiomeR,
I was trying to run the example after successfully installing the packages.
I tried to run the first code to get the example datafile, however I got this error
otu = read.delim("./data/otutab.txt",row.names = 1)
Error in file(file, "rt") : cannot open the connection
Kindly please suggest
