Bug Description
使用 NCHAR 字段插入中文字符时候报错

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: TDengine ERROR (0x216): syntax error near '???????????' ( taosMbsToUcs4 error:Unknown error -2130771884)

OS: Dokcer
TDengine Version 3.3.3.0
