  • Enable internal errors and tracing by default.
  • Add a kind field to tg::Error, use it to distinguish between internal errors and input errors.
  • Add a reason field to tg::build::Outcome::Canceled, set it appropriately.
  • If any error in the source chain is internal, then prompt to open an issue.
