It's time to move some files around 🚀

Current repository structure makes it hard to understand what's going on, and sometimes it's a blocking issue.

There will be a set of PRs with stuff moving or getting removed. Further description will be there.

  • Entry points go to top-level
  • Related things go into the same folder
  • Organize things according to the compilation stages
  • Remove irrelevant things
