As a DAO creator, I want to be able to add the wallet addresses OR coin type that will allow certain users to be members of the DAO.

Acceptance Criteria

I should be able to add a list of wallet addresses, anyone who logs in with one of these addresses will be able to create a profile and use daoOS
OR, I can set a coin type (e.g. $MIA) - if anyone has >0 of this coin in their wallet, they can log into the DAO and create a profile.
This should only be done at the onset of creating the DAO
