Apache arrow on r2

Golang support for Apache arrow is getting there and it’s possible to run basic table queries etc.

doing it on R2 is compelling since it’s about 10 times cheaper than competing S3 such as AWS or google.

would be pretty cool to try this out with tinygo

man not sure how large the wasm is yet as it seems size matters on Cloudflare workers

Of course you could use D1 but it’s approx 30 times more expensive than is you run your own using the above duckdb etc
