Untranslatable UI Elements: Match Condition Button and Tooltip in Graph View Filter #79

When entering keywords in the "Filter" section of the Graph View, buttons for match conditions are displayed, but these seem to be in a state where they cannot be translated.

Additionally, the tooltips that appear when hovering over these buttons also appear to be untranslatable.
