Running our test suite on allscripts sample data currently yields:

Assertion Failed: Bad codings: [
  {
    "code": "275554004",
    "system": "http://snomed.info/sct"
  },
...

But 275554004 is a valid SNOMED CT code. Is our bloom filter being properly applied?
