estimate_b (and then pass argument method = 'positive' or 'classic' depending on which one you want to use)

I like it in theory, but might 'restrict' the usability for basic user that then need to understand the difference. I think that b+ is still not mainstream and should keep its separate method (to keep the intentionality of the user)
