Broken dependency

Hi, at least one of the the dependencies for this is broken (RDPTools) without prospect of working again (it has been abandoned by devs). Can you update code to work with an alternative?

I'm also running into this issue. Here's where I found that RDPTools has been abandoned: rdpstaff/RDPTools#38 (comment)

There may be workarounds such as installing the RDP classifier from Conda. However, I don't think for my purposes as a bioinformatics service provider that I can currently recommend this 16S-SNAPP pipeline given that one of its dependencies is broken, this issue was noted almost 6 months ago, and the devs of the 16S-SNAPP pipeline also have not followed up on this issue.
