Corresponsing to issue #12 and #13
a. remove the logic from SOA to send MAC and DTN ID and put them as "00:00:00:00:00:00" forMAC and empty for DTN id.
b. add logic in "Edit User" to reset the MAC and DTN ID (same values as a. above).
