If the top most value (System Language) is selected choose something else like "Dansk (da)". Double click it or select it with the keyboard and press enter.
Leave the menu and come back to Options > Language using the keyboard.
When you select the Language tab you see that "dansk (da)" is highlighted in the list.
But highlight is not focus in this case.
Then when you press left or right to get into the Language dialog the highlighted item is now the top most item (System Language) instead of staying at the value that is currenltly in use.
It's not really clear where the keyboard focus.
Highlighting without focus looks the same as highlighting with focus.
Seeing the highlighted item you might think that is where the keyboard focus is. So you might start pressing up or down to select something else in the list only to find that you are cycling through the tabs (General, Display, Graphics etc.) instead.
Pressing Home, End, Page Up, Page Down does nothing in the list.
Holding the Down button to get to the bottom of the list might cause you to reach the end and that gives focus to the Back bottom instead of staying at the bottom of the list.
