In stage, downloads and views are not being displayed on purl

For example: https://sul-purl-stage.stanford.edu/br349dy5393. I viewed this page on multiple days and it still shows 0 views.

From Nick: I can see that the views were tracked for that item, and they are recorded in the staging metrics database. but, when purl asks for the data, it still thinks that there are zero views or downloads. this actually seems like a problem in purl
