Describe the bug
Report view shows a blank page if there is an apostrophe in the query.

Examples:

If you switch to "Results" view, both of those searches return results. It looks like only Reports view is having a problem with display.

User Impact
It's not possible to run reports for these queries.

To Reproduce
See links to reports view examples above.

Expected behavior
We should be able to handle apostrophes.

Additional context
I've checked a few other characters and it looks like the apostrophe might be the only one with this issue.
