CI/CD pipeline for Deployment

Current Behavior

Currently, there is no CI/CD pipeline set up for automatic deployment to GitHub Pages in the Music Blocks repository. A continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflow would streamline the process of deploying the latest changes to GitHub Pages and ensure that the repository’s live version is always up to date.

Desired Behavior

The desired behavior is for the CI/CD workflow to automatically deploy the latest main branch code to GitHub Pages upon push or pull request, with an option for manual deployment.
