The license.notes field for manifests can contain additional data for the license. Example from EUPT:

Unfortunately, these notes are not displayed in TIDO which leads to a loss of information. In this case it is only inconvenient for the user. However, the notes should be displayed if given in case there is some very important information for users, e.g. when it comes to terms of reusing the material.
