get institution domains for esac consortia/institution #252

would be great to get list of academic institutions (ideally, their domains) covered by the consortia/institution field in the esac registry.
That way, we might be able to link this back to our publications via the corresponding author field as per #251.

I am guessing this information will be public/readily available, we just have to get it in some clean, structured form.
