Export pdf from desktop vs android different behavior #7281

When I export pdf from android:

texts are selectable, copy-able, searchable
links are clickable
(This is how I expect the exported pdf to behave)

When I export pdf from desktop app:

texts not selectable
links are not clickable
upon opening with ms word, I find that the pdf are actually a compilation of images, like the screenshots of my note
(Unexpected behavior)

App version: 3.0.23-123705f-desktop
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Browser: Electron 31.7.4
