Make desktop version of DApp consistent with mobile #86

The desktop version of the registration DApp accessed via MetaMask is quite different from the mobile version. To make them consistent, we'd need to:

Remove admin option
Remove token permissions option
Add T&C screen to registration flow
Remove ENS logo and style consistently

etc.
