could someone help me?
My windows version is win10 ltsc 1809 17763.1457,rdp wrapper is not install correctly.INI is not support too.

Me too have windows version is win10 ltsc 1809 17763.1457 and termsrv.dll version 10.0.17763.1369.
See this. Its work for me.
