A system with a component that compares the factions specified in it with those of the player trying to use it is required.

Conditional:

The component contains the variable SpaceMarine

A player with the Chaos or IG faction picks it up, if it is a weapon - he cannot shoot it, if it is armor or clothing - he cannot put it on. But he can perform any other actions, such as opening the item's inventory or unloading a weapon.
