If the ATEM is power-cycled independently of the system power (e.g. by some idiot tripping and knocking the power switch), then avx is not be able to reconnect without a full system power cycle (ATEM and system power off, avx restart, system power and ATEM on).
We should detect this scenario (somehow) and reconnect as soon as possible.
Marking as non-critical since there's a workaround as described, but it's been an inconvenience twice now.

If we loose video in a service briefly, it doesn't matter that much, but if we have to shut the sound desk down to fix it, it's a lot more of a problem. Of course hopefully we will do neither, but sometimes things happen...
