[Graph Mindet] Tapping on the scrubber bar (chrome), the bar doesn’t move

Bug

When the user taps on the video’s timeline scrubber in Chrome before playback begins, the scrubber indicator does not visibly move. However, once the user presses “Play,” playback starts from the tapped location and the indicator then updates correctly.

Acceptance Criteria

• Fix the issue where tapping on the timeline scrubber in Chrome immediately updates the indicator to the newly tapped position.
• Ensure consistent behavior across major browsers and devices if possible.
