현재 SOK란 무엇인가요? 페이지는 기존 SOK 리포지토리 위키에서 가져와서 내용을 조금 수정한 것입니다.

지금 내용을 조금 보완할 필요성이 있을 것 같고, 체팅 방에서 이야기하는 것 보다는 이렇게 공식적인 작업으로 해두는 것이 좋다는 판단에서 이 이슈를 오픈합니다

개인적으로 "SOK란 무엇인가요" 페이지에서 우리가 만드는 것이 아니라 Stack exchange 산하에 만들어진다는 내용을 추가했으면 합니다.
