"No Panda" message in Shane's OP. When using a webcam setup.

Describe the bug

Rav 4 hybrid limited 2019.
Intel cpu with 3080 nvidia.
Two webcams not recognized along with the black panda.
Panda receives the can messages in the terminal, however OP doesn't recognize it.

I get "No Panda" message in the OP whatever i try...

when running front_mount_helper.py i get:

I had same problem at my Comma 2 from this summer, with NEOS 20 and V0.8.13_v1
