Please help...
I installed the conda-manager via the conda command prompt, but I don't know how and where to run the program to get the app interface.

You should get it by running in a terminal

I tried reinstalling it from the same terminal, but the results say its already installed...

@Chimsom I recommend you use anaconda navigator this project will become a spyder plugin only and not a stand alone program. Navigator already provides the needed functionality.

Thank you very much @goanpeca Navigator was working well until today. It is no longer launching from windows menu. Using the terminal gave me the error report below:

Please use

$ conda install _license

I highly recommend you to install anaconda for the current user and not all users
