SEO fields in General Settings needs globalization. What you think @huoxito ?

Sounds a good idea to me. I'm not really much into SEO lately though. Mind taking a look at what would it take to have that feature? :)

I'm not sure that will be easy because we'll have to make the Preference model translatable I guess and that might break other stuff.

@huoxito Yes, I cant really figure out how to add globalize3 to Preferences due to its built to extend on ActiveRecord::Base same thing to add validation rules for preferences. These solutions I need for other spree extensions also.
