No deprecation library in splunk SDK

The splunk sdk does not include the deprecation library, if people were to clone this repo and run:

import splunklib.results as results

This returns:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'deprecation'

This is especially important for cloud customers who cannot run a pip install and thus need to add the splunklib into a custom app.
