As of 2022-01-12 we have a live snapshot of the digital ocean droplet.

where the snapshot(s) is located
how to create those snapshots

Used the documentation from here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/snapshots/how-to/create-and-restore-droplets/

The backup is generated from the digitalocean web interface and is stored on their server.
